We are a non for profit Organisation 5 years in the making. The Hippiecampus Project was born out of 25 years of being alongside some of the most amazing creative people. These people, including me, wanted to bring their love of sound and pictures (nerds!) into a Project Management world that thought that yelling and screaming would be the way to get the best outcome.
For some reason, we adopted the WATERFALL approach to how a project would run. Did we have a better solution? In other words no setup and testing with the customer.
Modern Agile tackles that.
The coaching aspect is the part I am most proud of, 25 years on, 10000+ hours out on a piece of grass or Tiger turf as its now referred to, with 1000s of players and parents. It's been an incredible way to understand the human race a little, and helped me to understand myself.
Coaching people is an incredible privilege, to share the experience of what a real team environment is,
enjoy learning the values that a REAL team experiences.
